About Kidszone

Kidszone is a thriving, friendly out of school club now based at St Paul’s CE Primary School, St Pauls Road, Withington. We previously operated from Withington Scout
Hut but have moved to St Paul’s CE Primary School from September 2022. Our care is based on creative play, games and physical activities in a secure, stimulating and sociable environment.

Kidszone currently provides after school care for St Paul's CE Primary School children in term time and holiday care for any children aged 3-11yrs during school
holidays (except for Christmas and last two weeks of Summer). 

Kidszone is run by a team of staff including a Manager (Sharon Smirk), Deputy Manager (Sammy Dillon), senior playworkers and playworkers. Our managers and senior play workers hold level 3 playwork/early years or higher qualifications. Most of our staff hold paediatric first aid qualifications and all are trained in safeguarding and food hygiene.

Kidszone After School Care 

Kidszone After School Care operates Mon-Fri term time, 3.15-5.45pm in St Paul’s CE Primary school hall and outside play areas. We collect the children from their
classrooms each day.

We offer a range of indoor and outdoor play opportunities for the children and snacks and water are available during the session.

We allocate new places throughout the school year, so please get in touch if you would like a place at Kidszone. We like all prospective parents/carers/children to
come for a pre-visit where you can see what Kidszone is like, meet the staff and ask any questions. Visits must be booked in advance.

On days when we are full we will keep a waiting list. We recommend that you enquire at the earliest opportunity if you are interested in a place for your child/children. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please enquire via our online enquiry form.

Fees are £12.00 per session (3.20 – 5.45pm). We also collect from St Paul's afterschool clubs at 4.15pm. 

Kidszone Holiday Care 

Kidszone runs holiday care during all school holidays except for Christmas holidays and the last 2 weeks of Summer. We match St Paul’s Primary School holidays. We
offer full and half days of themed activities, trips out, creative play and have workshops hosted at our venue.

Fees are Full day £30,  Half day £17 - we are open from 9am – 5.30pm
each day during holiday care.
